OREANDA-NEWS. On 27 March 2008 was announced, that Integra Group, the leading Russian oilfield services provider, held an EGM to agree proposals to make certain amendments to the Articles of Association in relation to the appointment of Directors of the Company and a change to the address of the Registered Office of the Company, and also to confirm the appointment of Directors to the Board. 

At the EGM, held at the company’s registered office, Walker House, 87 Mary Street, George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, all resolutions as set out by the circular sent to shareholders were duly passed. A quorum of shareholders was present at the EGM.
