OREANDA-NEWS. On 27 March 2008 was announced, that installation of integrated transport-pneumatic system at Elektrostal Ltd. in the city Kurahovo, Donetsk region has been completed. All work on the preliminary consulting, installation and automation has been implemented at the regional centre of competence (further RCC Donetsk) of SystemGroup Ukraine.

Elektrostal Ltd. – it’s a new complex opening of which was held in March of 2008, operates using the latest technological developments in the industry.

 Installation took place under difficult working conditions at an altitude of 15-20 metres for the installation of pipelines the engineers of RCC used climbing equipment. Works for the installation of the system took 7 days. The company had installed metal reception transmitting stations. The main purpose of the system is delivery in the shortest possible time of steel samples in the laboratory for rapid analysis that allows constant and immediate control of product quality.

Talking about metal stations of the Austrian manufacturer Sumetzberger, Natalya Mironova, the head of the "Pnevmopochta" of SystemGroup Ukraine, said: "The decision to install a metal reception transmitter station was made after getting acquainted with the objects and conditions of operation. I want to say that, because of its strength metal station is ideal for use in industrial environments and in the face of increased risk of mechanical damage. Thanks to the mechanical shield, totally excluded unauthorized access to the dispatch station, as well as minimized risk of moisture, dust, sparks, and other negative factors".

Thanks to the integration of the system at Elektrostal such indicators will rise: optimization of manufacturing processes, significantly reduced time of steel transporting. The company received a unique opportunity instant decision, as a result of rapid analysis of samples of steel.
