OREANDA-NEWS. On 27 March 2008 was announced, that for the purpose of financing of the re-equipment project of manufacturing plant for one of the leading Russian plastic packing producers, Transcapitalbank obtained from international financial institutions financing of import of modern equipment for amount of approximately EUR 4,0 million. Deliveries of equipment are effected by well-known producers from Luxembourg and The Netherlands.

For realization of the project, approximately EUR 2,3 million are granted by KBC Bank N.V., Belgium for the period of up to 5 years under the insurance cover provided by ODL (Office Du Ducroire Luxembourg) and Atradius Dutch State Business N.V.

The rest EUR 1,7 million are financed within clean credit line, which Transcapitalbank enjoys from KBC Bank N.V., Belgium , and within EBRD TFP limit, for the period of up to 3 years from the date of issuance of documentary letters of credit in favour of Exporters.

The equipment is purchased by Transcapitalbank’s leasing companies for further leasing to TCB’s customers. Transcapitalbank organizes financing of leasing projects for the purpose of providing it’s customers with the best purchasing conditions for importing of equipment by means of financing from the IFIs.
