OREANDA-NEWS. On 26 March 2008 was announced, that according to UAS total revenue of OJSC “Concern Galnaftogaz" for the year ended 31 December 2007 amounted to UAH 4 126,3 mln (compared to UAH 3 798,5 mln for the year ended 31 December 2006). EBITDA in 2007 increased by 28% to UAH 172,2 mln (compared to UAH 134,0 mln in 2006). Net income of the company for the year ended 31 December 2007 amounted to UAH 28,1 mln (compared to -  UAH 35,2 mln in 2006).

"In the year 2007 , – says Mr. Nazar Kupybida, CFO of OJSC “Concern Galnaftogaz", – the company was developing according to strategic model of development for 2006-2010. Last year we increased a number of “OKKO" branded filling stations by 51 entity (In 2006 the total number of FS was increased by 42 entities) and increased oil products market share of the company to 7,7%. Apart from that our company expanded to new regions, particularly, Crimea, Kherson and Cherkasy regions, grew into such new business directions as sale of compressed natural gas via CNG filling stations (the first CNG filling station was put into operation in Burshtyn, Ivano-Frankivsk region), launched the fast-food restaurant project under the "A la minute" brand and implemented convenient stores project under the "Tobi" brand at "OKKO" filling stations.

Total assets as of 31 December 2007 amounted to UAH 1 870,5 mln. Nearly 40% of the assets of "Concern Galnaftogaz" were financed by equity, which doubled over the year 2007 having reached UAH 747,4 mln. Particularly, statutory capital of the company as of 31 December 2007 was equal to UAH 160 mln (after additional share issue, which was completed in February 2008 the Statutory fund is equal to UAH 175 mln). Working capital of the company amounted to UAH 189,2 mln.
