OREANDA-NEWS. March 26, 2008. Perm branch of OJSC ROSNO has issued accident insurance and voluntary medical insurance (VMI) policies for employees of the largest Russian producer of heat and electric power — OJSC TGK-9, whose head office is located in the Perm Region.

In accordance with the VMI contract, concluded for the total insurance amount of 294,883,000 roubles, employees of OJSC TGK-9 have been insured against the following risks: outpatient treatment (including dental aid), home and office visits by doctors, scheduled and emergency hospital treatment, emergency medical aid, surgical vision correction (including laser correction), transplantology and prosthesic replacement, medical rehabilitation, and drug therapy.

The accident and sickness insurance coverage provides indemnification against the following risks: death due to an accident, partial injury-related loss of working ability due to an accident; permanent and complete loss of general working ability due to an accident — with ascertained 1st, 2nd, or 3rd disability group; and permanent and complete loss of professional working ability due to an accident. The aggregate contractual insurance amount is 236,600,000 roubles.

The total number of employees insured under the two contracts is 1,045. ROSNO has been concluding personal insurance contracts covering employees of OJSC TGK-9 since 2006.
