OREANDA-NEWS. March 25, 2008. The Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine has established the amount of wheat, rye and beet sugar to be purchased by the Agrarian Fund in 2008/2009 marketing year at 803,000, 78,000 and 278,000 tons respectively.

The ministry also fixed the minimum and maximum procurement prices (VAT included):

soft wheat of the first grade - UAH 1,501.76 and UAH 1,851.67 per ton, second grade - UAH 1,418.32 and UAH 1,748.79 per ton, third grade - UAH 1,251.43 and UAH 1,543.02, fourth grade - UAH 1,134.61 and 1,398.98, fifth grade - UAH 967.83 and 1,193.34.

hard wheat of the first grade - UAH 1,651.96 and UAH 2,036.87 per ton, second grade - UAH 1,551.83 and UAH 1,913.4, third grade - UAH 1,418.32 and UAH 1,748.79, fourth grade - UAH 1,268.12 and UAH 1,563.59, fifth grade - UAH 1,051.28 and UAH 1,296.22.
