OREANDA-NEWS. March 25, 2008. The Board of Directors of RAO "UES of Russia" voted to include the following items of business proposed by a shareholder to be considered at the Company's Annual General Meeting scheduled for 28 May 2008.
Approval of the Company's Annual Report;
Approval of the annual financial statements, including the income statement of the Company;
Approval of the Company's profit distribution for year 2007;
Determining the annual dividend amount, payment period, and form of payment of the dividend for 2007;
Election of members of the Board of Directors of the Company;
Election of members of the Auditing Commission of the Company;
Approval of the appointment of the Company Auditors.

The Board will approve the AGM agenda at its meeting to be held on 4 April 2008.
