On the floor № 2 of crushing-enriching factory in the section № 1 activation of the first two bolding machines “Steck sizer” (which were produced by American company “Derrick") took place. These machines can help in rising of the efficiency of the present separation scheme. Their implementation allowed to exclude one secondary grinding mill, so that it can give noticeable energy saving and also can cut down expenses of the water.

Moreover, setting into operation of bolting machines will improve the process of separation of the product of enriching: the majority of it will be proceeded to the last stage of magnetic separation immediately and then to concentrate stock house, and the minority will be conveyed for to secondary grinding mill. The vendor made assurance that this is a reliable equipment and failures can be practically excluded. So, one hundred micron bolts of new bolting machines have to be run faultlessly not less than six months and this is a great time. Next two bolting machines are being planned to implement during the second quarter of this year.
