In the framework of the program of the personnel work environment improvement a varnish-and-paint chamber which was produced by "Gidromash” company (Astrahan) was bought for the impregnating workshop of the wiring shop JSC "Tulachermet" and cost about 645 000 rubles. A varnish-and-paint chamber is intended for laying of lacquer coating by means of air atomization on repared electromotors for improvement of their isolation. This chamber, which represents a well illuminated and ventilated cabine, purifies the air in the working area from hazardous substance, escaping during painting. In addition it supports fire safety during paintwork jobs. In 2007 in JSC "Tulachermet" the cost of implementation of protaction of labour measures was 83 million 216 000 rubles.
