OREANDA-NEWS. On 24 March 2008 was announced, that On 26 March in Moscow DGC’s specialists are going to take part in Process-oriented Management in the Companies of the Distribution Grid Complex training seminar organised specially for them.

Managing directors, IT-service and quality assurance managers of DGC of IDGC of Centre’s responsibility zone will take part in the seminar organised by IDGC of Centre together with IDS Sheer and Fainomika consulting companies. The seminar program includes a training course that is aimed to create uniform understanding by power companies’ representatives of the process-oriented management principles and techniques.

We already said that IDGC of Centre successfully delivers the system project of the company’s automation and gradual involvement of its subdivision into the uniform technological sphere.

The first stage was connected with development of strategic goals and Balanced Scorecard (BS) construction. Later, the Company was engaged in optimisation and unification of business processes pursuant to implementation of SAP R/3 and Quality Management System. In May 2007 business efficiency control automated system based on ARIS Process Performance Management (PPM) platform was completed. This allowed to create prerequisites for organisation in the Company of the full life cycle of business-process management based on IDS Sheer’s ARIS platform, their introduction and control.
