OREANDA-NEWS. On 24 March 2008 was announced, that for January Sverdlovteplosbit exposed to consumers of Artemovsky account on 35 million roubles, the sum of their debts exceeds 191 million roubles. It is more at Camensk companies and organizations - 253 million roubles. In total last year under claims of Sverdlovteplosbit courts bear decisions on collecting from debtors 93 million roubles. From them 36 million rbl are extinguished, on remained executive procedures are conducted.

On results of the last year in a number of municipalities: Kachkanar, Pervouralsk, Krasnoturyinsk, positive dynamics was outlined in repayment of debts for thermal energy, however debts still remains significant. Position with clients in Ekaterinburg where monthly debts of the operating housing companies are at a level of current debts that became a result of joint efforts power men and city authorities is stable.

With the analysis and offers on the developed situation power sales addressed to again formed Ministry of power and housing and communal services of Sverdlovsk area. For a part of municipal formations ripened a question on increase in rates of a payment for heat-and hot water supply. There was a situation, when thermal energy actually, consumed in them considerably above available sources of its payment.
