In March 2008 the State Mortgage Institution defined the parameters of refinancing credit operations of "Megabank" within the bounds of the general agreement on refinancing and servicing mortgage credits. In accordance with this program one can get credits for purchasing housing real estate at the secondary market, and also for improving the housing conditions against a pledge of real estate.

Pursuant with the reference to the general agreement credits will be granted in local currency (UAH) for the period of from 5 to 30 years at the rate of 12,8% per annum. The minimal sum of the credit comprises UAH 25,000.
