OREANDA-NEWS. On 21 March 2008 was announced, that “Concern Galnaftogaz” decided to participate in the second stage of the Pilot project of information disclosure by the securities issuers implemented by Ukrainian Securities and Stock Market State Commission supported by USAID (United States Agency for International Development) “Capital Markets Development”.

The Pilot project is aimed at national issuers, whose securities quote at stock exchange, studying peculiarities of disclosure of the regular and special information according to the international standards with the aid of means of Electronic System of Comprehensive Information Disclosure (ESCRIN).

On March 13-14 specialists of the USAID Project in Ukraine conducted training seminar for the company employees involved into collection and preparation of the reporting materials, compiling annual report of the issuer for 2007 and also quarter report and special information with the aid of ESCRIN.
