OREANDA-NEWS. On 21 March 2008 JSC Sitronics, a leading provider of telecommunications, IT and microelectronic solutions in Russia and the CIS, with a growing presence in other EEMEA emerging markets, announced that it had signed a US\\$ 75 million one-year loan agreement with Dresdner Bank AG as Arranger and Agent and Alexandria Capital plc as Original lender.

The loan has an annual interest rate of 9.25%. The proceeds of the loan will be used to refinance certain current liabilities of Sitronics and also to finance the working capital needs of its subsidiaries.
