Comstar Supports the 7th “Call Center World 2008” Business Forum

On 20 March 2008 was announced, that Comstar – United TeleSystems the leading supplier of integrated telecommunication solutions in Russia and the CIS, acts as a platinum sponsor of the 7th International Business forum “Call Center World. Russia/CIS – 2008”, which takes place on the 18th – 20th of March, 2008, Moscow.
Since the very inception of the forum Comstar-UTS has been a long standing partner and an active participant of this major, central event on call-centers industry in Russia and CIS. The forum is devoted to the issues related to building-up of an efficient, interactive customer relationship.
Sergei Nazarov, vice president for marketing of JSC Comstar-UTS, noticed, in particular, at the opening of the forum: Comstar-UTS pays great attention to the development of this segment of the market, implementation of the innovative approaches and technology developments for more efficient operation of call-centers. Contact center, closely integrated with company’s business processes improves the quality of customer relationship, brings it to the absolutely new level and helps not only to satisfy but also to foresee customers’ demands, and be sensitive to the changes in the competitive environment. Nowadays a calls processing center is an integral part of CRM strategy of a consumer oriented company which pays more and more attention given to customer service as key to acquiring new clients and retaining the existing ones".
Significant expansion of Comstar-UTS call-center and its capacities is considered in the large-scale loyalty-related program which is planned to be launched this year for broadband Internet access users in Moscow.
At present Comstar-UTS is aggressively expanding into regions. In future users of all the companies of the group, independently on their location (and today Comstar is presented in 12 regions of Russia and also Ukraine and Armenia), will be able to use the full range of services provided by call-centers and virtual telecommunications services.
Victor Razevsky, Director Special Project’s Department, Comstar-UTS, presented a report "Comstar-UTS CALL-CENTRE. Profitable strategies for business" within the frame of plenary session devoted to the current status and development strategy of call-centers segment. He represented to the audience the range of packet intellectual services provided by Logic Line Company, said about optimization possibilities in respect of consumer’s infrastructure on the base of the proposed by the operator technology and software solutions, inclusive of the integration of multichannel system of intellectual calls routing and call-center. He also reviewed actual aspects of information security and provision of control over the work of contact center operators.
The forum “Call-centers World” is a unique event run on annual base by Exposystems Company. Every year it is attended by more than one thousand of distinguished specialists of the leading companies, call-centers, solution suppliers, systems integrators, consultants and experts from all the regions of Russia, CIS and European countries.
