OREANDA-NEWS. On 20 March 2008 was announced, that Sevmash specialists learnt new technologies in the field of measuring and analyzing vibroacoustic parameters.

Training seminar on new programs and equipment form Danish company "Brull and Kjer" took place for two days. About 60 representatives of shipbuilding enterprises as well as students and teachers from Sevmashvtuz studied novelties.

Seminar was arranged by Sevmash on the initiative of ООО "ASM tests and measurements" (Moscow). According to "ASM TI" technical director Alexander Smolin, this company is an exclusive representative of "Brull and Kjer" in Russia. Equipment for acoustic and vibration measurements, which is used by Sevmash specialists for more than 40 years, has proved to be reliable and convenient in usage. One of the last "Brull and Kjer" achievements is universal multichannel platform for analyzing sound and vibration "PULSE". Except for Sevmash scientific research institute named after A. Krylov, scientific research institute TS, OJSC "KTZ" are constant partners of Danish firm.

"Brull and Kjer specialists among guest from France Nomin Vincent, showed new technologies in the field of measuring and analysis of vibroacoustic parameters and citizens of Severodvinsk could get detailed consultations on equipment and software in which they became interested.

It is already not the first time when "ASM TI" arranged training seminar in our town. According to Alexander Smolin these seminars are aimed at assisting young generation to become involved in the process of measuring and processing".
