OREANDA-NEWS. March 20, 2008. Ukraine International Airlines, one of the country's leading companies in its field, will lease four commercial Boeing 737-800 airplanes in 2009-2010, the company's president Yuriy Miroshnikov said.

The company plans to launch flights involving Boeing 737-300 in May.

The shareholdings in Ukraine International Airlines are as follows: the State Property Fund of Ukraine - 61.6%, Austrian Airlines - 22.5%, Aer Cap- 6% and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development - 9.9%.
