OREANDA-NEWS. On March 19, 2008 the Supervisory Board of Bank “Saint Petersburg” recommended the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to pay dividends for 2007 at the rate 14% on the ordinary shares and 11% on the preference shares.

At the same meeting the Supervisory Board also passed a resolution to open a branch of Bank “Saint Petersburg” in Astrakhan.
