OREANDA-NEWS. March 18, 2008. United Metallurgical Company and the syndicated loan organizers, Raiffeisen Zentralbank AG and Raiffeisenbank announce, a Loan Agreement for \\$155,000,000 was signed within the syndicated loan organized for VSW (incorporated in OMK). The deal was positively received by the market, given the re-subscription that had taken place at the initial stage. 

The loan will be borrowed by VSW for a period of 5 years at the libor + 1.65% rate and will be allocated for partial refinancing of VSW’s loan portfolio and investment program funding. Disbursement of the loan will be in 11 quarterly installments, with the first installment paid 30 months after the agreement is signed. Apart from the syndicated loan organizers, the syndicate will include 6 banks: RZB Group, BNP Paribas ZAO, ZAO CALYON RUSBANK, COMMERZBANK (EURASIJA) SAO, ING Bank N.V. and Societe Generale, BSGV.
