OREANDA-NEWS. On 17 March 2008 was announced, that on 13-14 March, the meeting of the IDGC of Centre's Board  took place in the Yaroslavl area with participation of heads of IDGC of Centre, representatives of enforcement authorities of the Russian Federation constituent entities and heads of regional regulatory bodies of 11 IDGC of Centre's areas.

The first day of the Board's meeting was devoted to summing up the economic and industrial activity of all DGC and IDGC of Centre, OJSC for 2007 as a whole, and also priorities of the companies for 2008 were defined. In particular, the results of target management subsystems were summed up that is of "Basic Business Processes", "Finances", "Clients", "Management System", "Personnel" and "Growth and Transformation" of IDGC of Centre.

Reviewing the 1st day of the Board's meeting, General Director of IDGC of Centre Evgeniy Makarov noted that all the regional companies in 2007 successfully performed the tasks assigned for them.

March 14, the second day, was dedicated to some issues of interaction of IDGC of Centre and bodies of regional executive authority, including after connection of the regional network companies to IDGC - in conditions of creation of the uniform operational company.

Special attention was given to improvement of the tariff regulation system. The issue of tariffs regulation with use of the method of Regulatory Asset Base (RAB) was of great interest.

During discussion, the advantages of integration of the regional network facilities were discussed, and also the important role of formation of headquarters for safety of electricity supply and their role in management by the electric power complex of the region.

'According to the results of the Board's meeting, we should define primary projects. It will help us to build good relations with IDGC and authorities,  to cooperate effectively on territorial development issues and prospects of development of electric power network complexes of the regions', General Director of IDGC of Centre Evgeny Makarov said in conclusion of the Board's meeting.
