OREANDA-NEWS. On 17 March 2008 was announced, that the Board of Directors of CenterTelecom OJSC had approved the lists of candidates for the Board of Directors and the Audit Commission. The lists, approved at a meeting at a March 5 meeting, have been compiled in accordance with the recommendations of the Board's Committee for Corporate Governance. Twenty-six candidates have been nominated for 11 places on the Board of Directors and seven candidates for seven places on the Audit Commission.
