OREANDA-NEWS. March 17, 2008. The President of the Republic of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, has congratulated the President of Ireland, Mary Patricia McAleese, on Ireland's national holiday, St. Patrick’s Day.

In his message of congratulations, Alexander Lukashenko expressed confidence that the two countries will be developing their relationship further in all spheres for the benefit of the peoples of Belarus and Ireland.
