OREANDA-NEWS. March 17, 2008. Turbine generator in thermal power plant – high voltage power supply plant (TWP—HVPP) of JSC Tulachermet 80 percent of processing facilities of the third turbine generator were mounted in the framework of the power complex development program. The turbine generator under construction is a new generation plant unit: it will be managed by the automatic monitoring and control system (AMCS) from the main thermal board of the turbine division of TWP—HVPP. The turbine was manufactured at Kaluga Turbine Plant, and the generator was made by JSC Privod (Lys’va city). Currently, the turbine and the generator are installed on a foundation, and the generator has already passed high-voltage testing. The works on the processing facilities assembly were performed by 80 percent. The system of the chemically-treated water was mounted and pressurized. The oil system pipe lines are under construction. The specialists of the general contractor organization MSU (Construction Directorate) №7 (city of Kaluga) proceeded with assembly of electric equipment and instrumentation and automated control systems. Turbine generator №3 is meant for 6 mW electric power and heat generation used in operating procedures of JSC Tulachermet.
