OREANDA-NEWS. March 14, 2008. Mr. Dmitry Tsarev has been appointed to lead Omsk branch of ROSNO’s Middle Siberian Directorate.

Dmitry Y. Tsarev was born on 12 May 1973 in the Novosibirsk Region. He graduated from the Mechanics and Mathematics Faculty of the Novosibirsk State University, majoring in mathematical economy and corporate governance.

Dmitry Tsarev began his career in 1994 as engineer of the commercial division in CJSC "Novosibirskautogasservice". Subsequently, for five years and a half, he worked as engineer in CJSC "Avtoshina" and as managing director in its separate business unit, "Avtoshina-S". In 2002, he was appointed director of representative office of AgroVostSibkomplekt Ltd. in Omsk and Novosibirsk Regions. His later career in Chulymskaya Selkhoztehnika Ltd. and ASFA Trade Ltd. was related to sales administration.

He was admitted to ROSNO’s Omsk branch in September 2007 to the position of a deputy branch director in charge for development of corporate sales.

Dmitry Tsarev sees his priority objective in expanding the range of corporate clients, developing retail business and growing sales via intermediaries.
