OREANDA-NEWS. On 14 March 2008 was announced, that JSC Gazprom Neft and JSC “Moscow Oil and Gas Company” (MOGC) abandoned claims connected with the corporate governance of Moscow Refinery.

Moreover, JSC Gazprom Neft and JSC MOGC agreed upon the candidature of a new director general of Moscow Refinery. It is Alexander Meling, former deputy director general of Moscow Refinery for production.

In such a way the parties continue to implement the Memorandum of Cooperation signed in the end of 2007 by Alexei Miller, Chairman of the Management Board of JSC Gazprom, and Yuri Luzhkov, Mayor of Moscow.
