On 14 March 2008 was announced, that On 11 March 2008 opening of the modernized service center for subscribers of Elektrosbyt Ltd., Irkutskenergo's affiliated company, took place in Irkutsk at the following address: 83 Deputatskaya Street. One of the oldest offices for reception of payments from the population was repaired. Now it is a modern office providing division of the consumer flow by the principle: payment - cash department, service - consultants. It will allow to relieve offices, to increase quantity of subscribers flow up to 200-250 people a day, to reduce time of waiting in the queue. For convenience of consumers, the zone of waiting is organized, the information zone is increased. Individual consulting service will raise quality of granting services of Elektrosbyt.
