OREANDA-NEWS. On 14 March 2008 was announced, that Snegiri group of companies is to build the low-rise residential complex Snegiri Eko with the area of 62,000 square metres at the intersection of Mosfilmovskaya and Minskaya streets in Moscow.

The complex has been designed by the well-known international firm of architects RMJM Scotland Ltd, its project stipulates the construction of several low-rise buildings in the same style, a source added.

According him, a site allocated for development has the area of 5.25 hectares.

“A spa centre with the area of 3,500 square metres and a 2,000-square-metre kindergarten will be included in the construction of the residential complex,” the source added.

The complex is scheduled to be commissioned in March 2011.
