OREANDA-NEWS. March 14, 2008. KAMAZ Inc. took fourth place in the Russian companies rating the market value of which raced up in 1999-2007.

According to PH Kommersant, the market value of the corporation grew by 26 295.50% in 8 years. To date KAMAZ costs \\$3 620.9 million. KAMAZ is inferior only to Chelyabinsk TPZ, DVMP and Udmurtneft in capitalization growth. Compare: Nizhnekamskneftekhim ranked only 27th with 4 167.67% cost increase, Tatneft took 40th place with 2301.01%. The rest Tatarstan companies were not in the rating.

2007 witnessed the triumph of KAMAZ. The company displayed its strength which had been pointed out so long by analysts in the previous years. The securities of the company augmented capitalization more than twice and already pretend to the “blue chip” status.
