OREANDA-NEWS. March 13, 2008. Formation of IDGC of the North-West as a uniform operational company will be completed on 1 April 2008.

The meeting of heads of IDGC of the North-West and distribution grid companies of its responsibility zone took place on 12 March in St. Petersburg.

The agenda included issues connected with functioning of the incorporated company after 1 April 2008: procedure of tax reporting drafting, schedule of work with banks, system of complex efficiency indicators for branches and its heads, interaction with shareholders of IDGC of the North-West on the level of the branch.

Moreover, the meeting members will consider issues on the program of non-state pension provision and principles of construction of work with technical inspections. Special attention will be paid to formation of a transport division.

Let's remind that formation of IDGC of the North-West as a uniform operational company will be completed on 1 April 2008. Seven distributive network companies of the Company's configuration will be joined up to the Company: Arkhenergo, Vologdaenergo, Karelenergo, Kolenergo, Komienergo, Novgorodenergo, and Pskovenergo.

The decision on reorganization of DGC in the form of their connection to IDGC of the North-West, and approval of the contract for connection and transfer certificates was made by DGC shareholders at the extraordinary general shareholders meetings which took place on 17 and 20 December 2007.
