OREANDA-NEWS. On 13 March 2008 was announced, that OJSC "RTS" signed an Agreement on cooperation with "Prime-Tass". Therefore OJSC "RTS" has currently effective Agreements on cooperation with all the information agencies authorized by Federal Financial Markets Service to publish information disclosed on securities market.

This leads to automatization of cooperation between issuers, incorporated investment funds, asset management companies of investment funds with the Stock Exchange in the process of disclosing information in the agencies’ newswire in accordance with the federal law or other regulatory acts on securities market.

Starting from March 11th, 2008 issuers of the securities admitted to trading on OJSC "RTS" can send to OJSC "RTS" information disclosed in the newswire from their page on the web-site of any of the authorized agencies.
