OREANDA-NEWS. On 13 March 2008 was announced, that the Federal Agency for Federal Property Management (Rosimushestvo) has issued an instruction “About decisions of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders for the Oil Transporting Joint Stock Company “Transneft” on March 6.

It was decided to anticipatory terminate the powers of the acting board of directors for Oil Transporting JSC “Transneft” because of Rosimushestvo having powers of the “Transneft’s” general shareholders meeting with the 100% voting stocks owned by the Russian Federation and in virtue of Russian government decree

The following candidates have entered the board of directors:

Askinadze D.A. – department director for the Ministry of economic development and trade of the Russian Federation;

Ahanov D.C. – director for the Federal Energy Agency

Dvorkovich A.V. – director for Expert department of the President of the Russian Federation

Dementiev A.V. – deputy Minister of Industry and Energy of Russian Federation;

Medvedev Y.M. – deputy Director for Federal Agency for Federal Property Management;

Petrov D.Y. -  Principal Councilor for the Expert department for the President of the Russian Federation; 

Ryzhkov D.A. – deputy Director for the Russian Federation Government Apparat

Tokarev N.P. – President for the Oil Transporting JSC “Transneft”

Christenko V.B. – Minister of Industry and Energy of the Russian Federation
