XXI Century Named Best Employer in Construction and Real Estate Sector
OREANDA-NEWS. On 12 March 2008 was announced, that XI Century had been named the best employer in the construction and real estate sector in the annual ratings published by Dyelovoi journal.
The company also took sixth place in the overall ratings of Ukraine’s 50 top employers.
Notably, the largest number of votes in favor of XXI Century came from middle managers. In addition, the company’s own employees voted actively for it, which demonstrated the high level of loyalty employees feel towards the firm.
The rating was prepared based on the analysis of a questionnaire sent to top, middle and lower management and people who were temporarily unemployed. Respondents were asked to name the three companies for whom they would like to work and to indicate what criteria they used to select those companies (salary levels, career advancement opportunities, quality of management, technological level, and the level of the company’s own development). In contrast to last year’s poll, this year respondents were allowed to vote for their own companies, although when the votes were tallied, only three questionnaires that voted for themselves were counted.
Last year, XXI Century was in the top 20 of the overall rating of best employers.
This is the third year that Dyelovoi journal has published such annual ratings. Each year, the criteria for the ratings are improved and it is becoming more and more popular among market players.
