OREANDA-NEWS. On 12 March 2008 was announced, that IDGC of Centre held an organisational meeting devoted to creation of a shop-floor union organisation. Member employees of the Electric Power Trade Union and the company's management became initiators of its creation.

In his address to the meeting, General Director of IDGC of Centre Evgeny Makarov marked importance and timeliness of the trade union establishing. 'I am convinced that it is very important for our employees to have a lot of sites and means for dialogue, information interchange, expression of the opinion and point of view. Experts of IDGC of Centre actively participate in all business processes, conduct joint activity in projects that is they have more opportunities to communicate on the business, official level. The trade union will enable to communicate at an informal level. I hope the new trade union will reveal also talents of our employees and will arouse interest to the intracorporate life', Evgeniy Makarov said.

During the meeting, the trade union committee was elected. According to the results of elections,  the structure of the trade union included 7 people: Adviser to General Director of IDGC of Centre V.E. Lutskovich, Acting Chief of the Personnel Management Department A.N. Krivenko, Leading Expert of the Work Organisation And Motivation Department O.V. Kiornyakova, Chief of the Department for Management of Tariffs for Electric Power Transfer Services E.I. Velichko, Chief of Corporate Finance Department Skubilin A., Chief of the Department of the Electric Power Balances Khoroshunov N.G., Leading Engineer of the Department of the Repair Operational Service Organisation Konev R.N.  

V.E. Lutskovich was unanimously elected to the position of Chairman of the trade-union organisation of IDGC of Centre, OJSC
