OREANDA-NEWS. On 12 March 2008 Kazinvest Kazakhstan Investment Promotion Center in association with "Center Orgprom" (Russia) invites to take part in the seminar: "Competitiveness and leadership on the basis of lean production" with experience analysis of Russia, Japan, USA, Ukraine which will take place on April 28, 2008 in Astana city.

The aims of the seminar:

•   to make available the best world and Russian experience of increasing competitiveness of enterprises, branches on the basis of expansion of modern systems; 

•   to exchange leading experience of Growth System Construction on the basis of Lean conception. The advantages of this conception are concluded in its (1) simplicity, (2) availability, (3) adaptation ability, (4) reproduction, (5) absence of significant investments for its realization, (6) presence of objective data about its results, (7) combinability with other conceptions of production organization;

•    to discuss and formulate new mechanisms for working out branch decisions of problems of efficiency, regular exchange and transmission of best experience in increasing competitiveness by including internal reserves;

•    to attract the attention of all interested parties to the necessity of studying and assimilation of modern production and business systems for more efficient realization of national projects.

This project will give an opportunity to top-managers to see new possibilities and perspectives for business development, to increase competitiveness of production, efficiency of production and its level of security, get information on saving by production costs and lowering cost price of production.
