OREANDA-NEWS. On 12 March 2008 was announced, that Mirax Group and Bouygues Batiment International, a French company, have signed a contract for construction works to be performed at the Federation Business Complex, Tower West. The scope includes fit-out works, interior designs & building services on floors 60 to 62, which are subsequently to accommodate Grand Hyatt Residences & Spa. As of this date, the company has already commenced its respective works.

On behalf of Mirax Group, the contract was signed by Dmitry N. Andreyev, Senior Vice-President, and Ara A. Aramyan, Vice President. On behalf of Bouygues Batiment International, the contract was respectively signed by Mr. Jacques Pelletier, Regional Director for Russia, Ukraine and the Baltic States, and Mr. Jean-Franзois Legrand, CFO.

On February 14, upon signing the contract, the parties enjoyed a friendly lunch at Club 59 located on the 59th floor of the Federation Tower. During the lunch, Maxim Privezentsev, Chairman of the Mirax Group Managing Board, and Mr. Olivier-Marie Rasine, President of Bouygues Batiment International, discussed possibilities for further cooperation on various international projects of Mirax Group.

The key projects, completed by Bouygues Batiment International, include the Sports Arena in Budapest, tourist resorts in Cuba, a railway station in Kuala Lumpur, renovation of the Moscow State University building, the Fullerton Hotel in Singapore, Prague Airport, Conference Center & National Stadium in Hong-Kong, International Trade Center in Bucharest, NIKoil Tower in Moscow and many others.
