OREANDA-NEWS. On 12 March 2008 was announced, that on February 15 and 16 Almaty hosted a seminar for Lukoil group of companies. The General Directorate for Foreign Companies of BTA Bank Corporate Banking has arranged the event. 20 Lukoil top executives were presented BTA corporate product line.

BTA Bank Account Director Daniyar Akiyanov underlined speaking at the seminar that the Bank values confidence of its clients and guarantees quality and custom-tailored services.

Although BTA and Lukoil do not have a long track of interaction, yet they can boast dynamic cooperation. Today, the Bank cooperates with 13 Lukoil member companies operating in Kazakhstan. They are offered corporate and retail banking services, Internet banking BTA Online and salary cards.

Lukoil is the second largest oil company worldwide by proven hydrocarbon reserves.

Seminar participants highly praised its outcomes.

"Information about products of BTA Bank was presented in a rather professional manner," pointed out Olga Papina, a chief specialist in the Treasury of Lukoil Overseas Services Ltd. subsidiary in Kazakhstan. "Alive relationship and establishing personal contacts with BTA Bank representatives were essential for me. I have conceived a desire to practice the offered financial tools," she added.
