OREANDA-NEWS. March 12, 2008. Mr Putin discussed with the young musicians issues concerning the arts, state support for young musicians, and the St Petersburg House of Music’s activities.

The St Petersburg House of Music was established in February 2006 to support talented young musicians at the start of their musical careers and bring promising and original new talent to the Russian public’s attention.

The House of Music has organised a series of symphony and chamber concerts, Young Russian Performers, at St Petersburg’s finest concert venues.
