OREANDA-NEWS. On 07 March 2008 was announced, that CenterTelecom OJSC has removed itself from the authorized capital of Teleservis OJSC with the sale of its stake in the company. The decision on this was made previously by CenterTelecom’s Board of Directors.
 
Sale of the minority stake in the telecommunications operator was in compliance with CenterTelecom’s model of reorganization of its subsidiary businesses in order to optimize its investment structure.
 
CenterTelecom sold its 6.6% stake in Teleservis to an individual Teleservis shareholder.
