OREANDA-NEWS. On 07 March 2008 was announced, that Domodedovo Moscow International Airport attended ITB-2008, Germany’s largest travel industry fair. The event gathered representatives of all segments of travel industry –international federations for tourism, national and regional tourist organizations, airports, airlines, transport agencies and many others.

The Domodedovo stand features the airport’s achievements and development plans, aviation and non-aviation businesses and unique passenger services available at the airport. Domodedovo shares its stand with its partners, leading Russian carriers S7 and Transaero as well as with European Transport Clearing House (TCH Europe).

Yesterday, at the opening evening, Domodedovo airport and TCH Europe held a joint press-conference dedicated to prospects of passenger transportation between Russia and Europe.
The annual travel trade show in Berlin is a major international event in the tourism industry, which provides the opportunity for business networking, signing contracts, and demonstrating one’s achievements to the widest professional audience.
