OREANDA-NEWS. March 7, 2008. Inprom has acquired a 100% stake in St. Petersburg-based company Metpromstroy in order to increase production areas of the Inprom's branch in Russia's second largest city for the installation of modern steel processing equipment there. With the acquisition of its neighbor, Inprom has increased roofed production facilities of the branch by 3,700 sq. m to a total of 24,000 sq. m.
