OREANDA-NEWS. March 7, 2008. Ludmila Nikolaevna Bykova was born in the Kharkov region of the Ukrainian SSR. In 1976 she graduated from Kharkov State Pedagogical Institute majoring in Chemistry and Biology, in 1989 she took the advanced training course of “Behavior Psychology”. For 24 years L.Bykova had worked as a teacher and the head of the teaching department in various schools of the former USSR. From 2001 to 2007 L.Bykova had been working in the “North-West Timber Company” as the Deputy Director of Subdivision “World of Books”, then as the Manager of Social Work, and the Deputy General Director for HR, Administrative and Social Work. In 2007 she was on leave for family reasons.

“One of the most important aims of the company is improving labor efficiency up to the average European level that is 250 -300 tones of production output per one worker. Thus we pursue the way of modernization, technology innovations and optimization of the number of employees. The comprehensive program for that has been developed and now is under way. Moreover we are planning to develop the program for additional versatility training of the workers”, L.Bykova said.
