OREANDA-NEWS. March 05, 2008. According to Decree of the President of Republic Tajikistan, Haqnazarov Turakul Imomovich is appointed to the position of Deputy Chairman of the National bank of Tajikistan, reported the press-centre of National bank of Tajikistan.

He was born on December, 15, 1965 in Vosejsky district, Kuljabsky (nowadays it is Hatlon) region.

In 1983 he entered to the Moscow Institute of Management named by Ordzhenikidze, and in 1991 he graduated from the State Academy of Management in Moscow on major subject "Management Organization in Municipal Economy".

From August till December, 1991 he worked as the Senior Laboratory Assistant in the Institute of Economy of Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, then as the Main Specialist in Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan and as Chief Accountant in Computer Facilities Production Factory.

Since June, 1995 he became the Leading Economist of Monetary Policy and Crediting Department of the National Bank of Tajikistan, then he worked as the Head of Division of banking activity analysis, the Head of Banking Supervision and Licensing Department.

Since February, 27, 2008 – he is Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of Tajikistan.

He is married, has three children.
