OREANDA-NEWS. March 03, 2008. The 5th Economic Forum "Russia 2008 - 2020. Managing the growth" took place in Krasnoyarsk, reported the press-centre of Titan.

The Omsk region presented the "Biocomplex" project of the "Group of companies "Titan". The project assumes creation of the complex of hi-tech manufactures in region using deep processing of agricultural raw material, including production of bioethanol. Among visitors of the Forum were governors, heads of the largest Russian and foreign companies, deputies of the State Duma, among them - a member of the Committee on Economic policy and Business of State Duma RF M.Sutyaginsky.

The 1st Vice-Premier D.Medvedev and the Minister for Economic Development and Trade E.Nabiullina closely studied the model of future "Biocomplex" and parameters of the project. The regular session of the investment commission, where the question of the state financing of the biocomplex infrastructure will be discussed, should take place in the first half-year 2008.
