OREANDA-NEWS. March 03, 2008. To the second year the management at three enterprises of the "Group of companies "Titan" is implemented according to requirements of international standards ISO 9001, ISO 140001 and OHSAS 18001, reported the press-centre of Titan.

The sessions of the Coordinating Councils concerning management system took place on JSC "Ecooil" and Open Society "Omsky Kautchuk" on February 12. On February 14, the heads of the CJSC "Group of companies "Titan" reported the final information on improvement and development of the management system (MS) at the enterprises of the "Group of companies "Titan".

The heads noted positive results in activity in conditions of the management system, efficiency of the process approach, but they also agreed, that on results of 2007 no enterprise managed to execute completely the planned parameters on the purposes. Organizational and technical defects were revealed and the analysis of discrepancies was carried out.

At final session of the Managing company Т.А.Zhuk, Director of department on strategic development and SM, reported about functioning MS in the JSC "Group of companies "Titan". A.A.Brejze, Director on economy (process - "Planning and the analysis of activity in JSC "Group of companies "Titan"), V.V.Lysenko, the Assistant of the Financial Director ("Budgetary management"), S.E.Pismichenko, Acting as Assistant of the General Director on Commerce ("Management of production realization"), J.P.Zhigadlo, the Assistant of the General Director on Material Support ("Management of purchases of raw materials source") and V.A.Shipkov, Director of Transportations department ("Management of transportations") also appeared with reports.

During the work of the Coordinating Council, the General Director of the JSC "Group of companies "Titan" A.S.Kalugin noted the importance of the system and the necessity of more careful planning, considering real opportunities of the enterprises while forming new goals. A.S.Kalugin turned special attention to importance of firmer control while implementing decisions of the Coordinating Councils and of reaction efficiency to the revealed discrepancies, and personal responsibility increase of processes owners and executors (including - material responsibility).

A number of decisions on modification in processes was accepted directly during the session, correction of the goals on other parameters will be implemented after meeting of the Company's Direction.
