OREANDA-NEWS. On March 04, 2008 as it was informed in NBM, by February 15, currency reserves of NBM amounted to $1 billion 348,95 million.

It can be reminded that by the end of December 2007, currency reserves of NBM amounted to $1 billion 333,68 million and grew by $1 billion 351,15 million by the end of January. As it was informed before, in 2007, NBM increased its reserves by 1,7 times.

As of the end of 2006, currency reserves amounted to $775,29 million and to $878,52 by the first half year 2007. Historical maximum of $1 billion was exceeded in the end of August 2007.
