OREANDA-NEWS. March 6, 2008. Blagoveschensk (Republic of Bashkiriya). Meeting of the Board of Directors of POLIEF JSC elected Anatoly Bondaruk, a former director general of the company, as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

The new appointment will enable Anatoly Bondaruk focusing on the company’s strategic development and implementation of plans for expansion of terephthalic acid and polyethyleneterephthalate production.

Alexander Gorshilov, who previously held a position of the director general of SIBUR-PETF JSC, was appointed as the director general of POLIEF JSC.

Shareholders of POLIEF JSC will continue to jointly implement their investment plans in line with the principle of regular rotation of top managers.
