OREANDA-NEWS. March 6, 2008. The President of Turkmenistan issued the Resolution authorizing the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries to conclude the contract for widening the loading berth in Kiyanly terminal and construction of a railway line from Turkmenbashi to Kiyanly amounted to US$ 29.325 million including VAT with the Pars Enerji Company (Iran). The construction works are to be started in April 2008 and completed in April 2010.
