OREANDA-NEWS. On March 03, 2008, at the session of the Commission of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) on considering the two cases initiated against "RaiffeisenBank" CJSC and nine insurance companies - "RK-Garant" Insurance Company" CJSC, "Standart-Rezerv" Closed Joint-Stock Insurance Company, "Military-Insurance Company" OJSC, "ROSNO" OJSC, "Sogaz" OJSC, "Yugoria" Insurance Group OJSC, "Rossia" Open Joint-Stock Insurance Company, "Rosgosstrakh" OJSC and "AlphaStrakhovanie" OJSC for violating Article 11 of the Federal Law "On Protection of Competition", the insurance companies petitioned on joining the two statements submitted by the bank on 27th February 2008, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

FAS Russia postponed the hearing until 17th March 2008 due to the need to properly registered the statements received from the insurance companies and consider their merits.
