OREANDA-NEWS. On 05 March 2008 was announced, that as a result of the new share emission JSC Baltikums Bankas Grupa paid up share capital will be increased by LVL 6.497 to LVL 19.857 million. The emission will be fully subscribed to and paid up by the Bank’s shareholders – SIA Alexander Peshkov Family Holdings, SIA Sergey Peshkov Holdings, SIA Oleg Chepulsky Holdings and SIA Andrey Kochetkov Holdings.

After increase of share capital of JSC Baltikums Bankas Grupa, shares will be distributed among shareholders (residents of Latvia) as follows: “Alexander Peshkov Family Holdings” SIA – 24,83%, „Sergey Peshkov Holdings” SIA – 24,83%, „Andrey Kochetkov Holdings” SIA – 24,83%, „Oleg Chepulsky Holdings” SIA – 24,83%, „Ivan Ulyanov Holdings” SIA – 0,67%.

JSC “Baltikums Bankas Grupa” has 100% interest in JSC “Akciju komercbanka “Baltikums””.
