OREANDA-NEWS. On 05 March 2008 was announced, that A new OKKO motorway complex was opened on February 21 in Furmanka near Uman, on the motorway Kyiv – Odesa. Besides a big shop it has a hand carwash, a liquid gas unit, a high-speed station for filling lorries, a vacuum cleaner, a compressor for tyre pumping and watering. Drivers travelling at far distances can use shower, laundry and the Internet at the OKKO complex. There are three types of parking in the area – one for passenger cars, one for lorries and another one for people with special needs. A fast-food French restaurant “A la minute” is scheduled to open here at the end of March.

This is the second motor-vehicle refuelling complex that represents “Concern “Galnaftogas” in Cherkasy Region. The first one is the station in Ladyzhynka. These two complexes make up the so-called “mirror”, because they are situated one in front of the other on both sides of the motorway. Therefore, the network of OKKO filling stations now consists of 218 complexes.
